-You see,when you endup keeling one of your men,you see,you tell yourself it happened so you can save the lives of 2 or 3 or 10 others,maybe a hundred others. do you know how many men I’ve lost under my command?-how many?-94…but that means, I’ve saved the lives of 10 times that many it doesn’t? maybe 20,20 times as many. and that’s how simple it is. Thats how you rationalize to make the choice between the mission and the men.
